The First 30 Days Protocol ← Back to the program

Refund Policy

Last updated: 23 August 2026

Do the 30 days. Then decide.

Run the full 30-day protocol, and if it has not delivered a calmer, better-behaved puppy, email us any time between day 30 and day 60 after your purchase for a full refund. You will not be interrogated and you return nothing. The one condition is the honest one: the program only works if you actually run it.

Why it works this way

The protocol is one task a day for 30 days. That is the mechanism, and it cannot be completed in an afternoon. So the guarantee matches how the program actually works: spend the first 30 days training, then you have a full month more (day 30 to day 60) to judge the results. If they are not there, you should not be out $77.

Struggling before day 30? Email us. We will troubleshoot with you, and doing so never shrinks your refund window.

How to request a refund (day 30–60)

  1. Email support@thepuppywindow.com, use the contact form, or simply reply to your access email.
  2. Include the email address you purchased with so we can find your order.
  3. Tell us it did not work for you. A reason genuinely helps us improve the program, but it is optional and we will not argue with it.

What happens next

After 60 days

The guarantee window closes 60 days after purchase. If something has gone wrong (you were double-charged, you never got access, the site broke), contact us anyway. Billing errors get fixed whenever they surface, guarantee window or not.

Chargebacks

Please email us before opening a dispute with your bank. A refund from us is faster than a chargeback and we have never refused one inside the window. If you have already opened a dispute, tell us and we will not contest it.

Your statutory rights

This guarantee is in addition to any legal rights you have. UK and EU consumers have a 14-day right of withdrawal on digital purchases; our 60-day guarantee is longer, and we will always apply whichever gives you the better outcome. Nothing on this page limits your consumer rights.
